The Write Way

He signed his name with his usual flourish. He loved his distinctive style of writing, he felt it marked him out from the hoi polloi who surrounded him in his day to day life.

But this distinctive handwriting of his would become his downfall though.

He loved his style of handwriting so much he couldn’t help using it at every opportunity, enjoying the feeling of the pen rushing across the paper. And so, he even hand wrote the ransom demand.

Of course, with such a distinctive style, and even with the difficult circumstances, his brother recognised his writing straight away.
